hi pepe...i think i read you are doing the 90 day juice feast. i'm very interested to know if it removes intestinal plaque, they say it does and it begins after about day 21? i think, can't remember exactly. i've only gotten as far as day 14 on juices, so have no personal experience with it.

thanks for your posts...love the picture i saw a while ago, of your garden view kitchen.
