Is there a limit to the amount of the cottage cheese/flax oil mixture I should make?

The reason I ask, is that because of my work schedule, I don't have a lot of time to eat. I juice 2-3 lbs of veggies each morning for breakfast, then eat the budwig mixture for lunch. Usually by dinnertime I'm absolutely starving. Can I make a larger amount of the mixture? Say 2 cups of cottage cheese mixed with 1 cup of flax oil?
