Yes I take Spirulina, Fish Oil, and a multi.
Also my diet is no Sugar and as little carbs as possible.

I only use Coconut Oil and EVO and a little butter sometimes.

No processed foods.

No caffeine. No alcohol.

I drink lots of spring water.

I eat many raw and cooked veggies plus leans meats.

Take coconut oil, a candida supp, garlic, probiotics.

My oregano oil and aloe arrive tomorrow.
