Hi, I was curious about this , Ihave lost interest in taking my 2x daily steroid inhaler ( advair or something like that) but did take my albuterol for raquetball and did ok, did not take it for yoga and found during the pranyama(sp) that it felt like I was still getting a full lungs worth of air, so I am wondering if the cleanse is helping and atleast for that part its ok to drop it
