Any type of poisoning whether from an external agent like fluoride or inside because of a poor liver function can result in a list of symptoms like Fibromyalgia. With an undiagnosed illness made up of general symptoms everything is under suspicion. An easy way to see if fluoride is to blame is to take sodium fluoride tablets and see if you get any worse.

I did carry out an experiment by changing to bottled spring water for drinking but it didn't appear to make any difference. I do agree that it would be better if we didn't have flouride forced on us in the drinking water supply.
