I have never juiced Fennel or watercress before so I picked some up and see what I can come up with.

I do a cold raw soup when eating regular with carrot juice avocado and fennel powder. After I juice the carrots I put it all in a blender and it's just delishus. From this experience I knew fennel went good with carrots so yesterday I made Juice from carrots, fennel, celery, apples and ginger and it was very tasty.

Today's Mean Green #5

1 large cucumber
4 Celery ribs
1/2 a fennel bulb + greens
Handful of watercress
1 lemon

Next time I will add ginger
