I am now preparating for this (started fruit diet, watermeloon and apples and plenty of water). On Sunday I will eat Sugar turpentine. I will post the effects.

@EDIT: It has worked for me :-)! Feeling a lot better. Better hair and skin :) Tongue still white but lesser.
