yeah I take 1000-1500mg HCL per meal and 300-500mg ox bile per meal. If you get the runs you've taken too much bile. The exact dose is going to depend on the person and what they are eating how big the meal is ect..

even beef and pork are fine for me now, no problem. This will definitely do the trick-powerful stuff.
