Thank you very much for the insight!  I have thought about changing my diet again to include animal proteins, as sometimes I just don't feel well, lack of energy, fuzzy, etc.  I'm getting a good allergy test as well to be sure I'm not eating anything that causing a problem.  I am trying witchhazel and it seems to be soothing my skin tremendously, thanks again!
