Thanks so much! What medication do you take? I use just an albuterol inhaler. For a while I only needed maybe three puffs a day, however over the last few weeks my need for it has increased so part of my reason to begin this fast is to possibly clear out any mucus that may have accumilated in my lungs. Do you know if this program will target that type of mucus or is it on the mucus that lines the intestinal tract?
