Thanks for the reply, a quick question -- are you Celiac, or just gluten sensitive? I'm sensitive & have been told by my doctor that a "little" gluten shouldn't make a difference for me (although I'm still not eating any -- if I am it's from cross-contamination). also did you take a test to find out about the almonds or is that something you figured out for yourself?
