As most of you know both my mother and sister are 7th days Adventist. Although I do not agree with their religious practices their diet is unparalleled in study books. 7th Day Adventist are vegetarians and vegans by nature and teachings.

I asked my mom today about her diet as she told me that her prophet forbid the eating of cheese as it is very bad for the body. I was amazed to hear that their prophet was a woman. After searching further I was amazed that this woman was very intelligent beyond her years. She died in 1915 at the age of 88, a very long life in those times.

Her teachings were unbelievable similar to what I teach here and what Islam teaches such as not consuming water with meals.
I think that you would be enlightened to read about what she says is the best way to live.
