Hi,

Today is my first day in this forum as a user, but I used to read your experiences and it gave me a better understanding. Today I did a colon cleansing by drinking castor oil, I had around 3 to 4 bowel movements. It was a good experience I had the castor oil mixed with fresh orange juice around 7am and kept drinking hot water every 15 to 20mins.
