It sounds like some of your dizziness/lightheaded might be due to very low blood pressure/electrolyte imbalance. Increase your sodium levels to get your blood pressure up. My blood pressure has been low before and i do get lightheaded and disoriented/sensitive to noise. Thats when i know my blood pressure is too low and need to get my sodium levels up. Usually caused by diuretics or supplements that flush minerals out of the body.
