If you haven't already I would try some milk thistle or other liver herbs. I'm not sure if it's your problem or not, but its worth a shot. Bitters are also very helpful with cleansing the liver. I buy some bulk burdock root/calendula/wormwood at a local health food store, make tea out of them and drink it with a meal. It has been very helpful in my experience.
