Grapefruit seed extract was no help for me. I suggest you try raw garlic, olive leaf extract or oregano oil instead. Do you get enough sodium in your diet? Dizzyness while standing up is part of POTS. Increasing sodium intake can help, but don't overdo it. Do you have asthma or rashes? Do you have mercury dental fillings?
