I understand what you are going through. I am also dealing with the same delimma. I found something interesting and i am willing to give it a try. Taking d-Mannose 1 tsp every 4 hours daily can help with the urine and fecal odor which may be associated with e.coli infection. Sometimes Antibiotics is not always the solution. I have tried all kinds of Antibiotics and once i complete the dose, the same odor resurfaces again. Here is some info on this product.....d-Mannose.
