I have been taking serrapeptase (in the form of Syntol) for a while now. I didn't notice a huge difference from that (at least with respect to sinuses). On the other hand, I definitely noticed a decrease and thinning of mucus from drinking a few tablespoons of ACV a day in warm water, but I feel like the ACV doesn't agree with my digestive tract.
