If you have adrenal fatigue please be careful with the detoxing stuff, like colonics. the best thing you can do is avoid allergens, soy, wheat, dairy, corn, and sugar. Especially wheat and sugar. Try to eat a simple and whole food diet. You don't want to overdo anything that makes your body work harder than it needs to.
Also try to calm down and accept the process and find the silver lining. It's been challenging and discouraging and scary at times for me but once I made myself calm down and adopt a positive attitude toward healing and look for what I was learning from this experience, things really started to turn around. Don't focus on what you are missing. For instance try to find comfort and gratitude that you have help with your children so that you can focus on healing.
Also consider that this is likely a temporary set of circumstances. You are actively seeking out healing and you have a long life ahead of you, much to look forward to. Just focus on healing for now. Gather your tools and resources and breathe slowly.
