Thankyou for your time to write to me all of u. Regarding thyroid, im confused because my blood and urine thyroids r saying diffetent things with the t4 and t3. I had them at the same time. Im currently focusing on getting my digestion well,i just feel this is a good foundation,im taking custom probiotics,kefir,flaxseed for constipation,protein powder(solgar whey to go)which contains 1000mg l glutamin.ive been also starting colonics and chewing my food proply. Ive done this for 2 weeks which has been hard to say the least with the way i feel.however ive been going regularly and had only slight mild bloating for nearly 2 weeks,so im hoping somethings going right,i hope::( apart from this i feel so bad,im missing out on my children,considering i was once in a good job supporting detectives at scotland yard london to now being 27 and practically house bound abd lost everything apart from my children and mum its h9rrible and just not a life for me and especially thise around me,ive driven everyone else away.
