The mods will help you sort that out. Post all the info there that you've done here. They'll help you with a cortisone schedule. You need to start low and slow and multi dose.

You might even have hashimoto's in early stages. Going gluten free and getting adequate selenium, thyroid meds and Iodine is the key to supress those. But you can't add thyroid meds until that ferritin gets up.
