After telling an MD that I was having trouble with my emotions he sent me a referral to a counselor with the diagnosis of panic disorder, extreme anxiety, and depression. I quit going to him. I had Adrenal Fatigue and the emotions were from them not working and producing what I needed to not be emotional. My new doctor, a OD/ND put me on bio-identical hormones, adrenal glandulars, and recommended
several supplements to me.
After telling him what the other doctor did he said that was like having a cut foot and treating the pain instead of the cut.
