I have done some alkalizing off and on and was thinking of doing the Moreless protocol recetnly. I do noticed that I do feel a bit better when I do alkalize. I just had a hard time sticking with it with everything I am doing. I have almost everything I need except the kelp. I think I will dive in soon. Maybe next week.
