More and more the definition of Warburg Affect or Effect has broadened to include his description of the relationship between ph and oxygen concentrations.

In describing the Warburg Affect he himself has indicated that there is a window or threshold for ph which will reverse that polarity and allow oxygen to enter.

Sure we can argue what comes first the chicken or the egg but laboratory studies now indicate this relationship goes both ways. Mineral salts vs oxygen concentrations.

It is commonly accepted chemistry that mineral salts in water increase the amount of oxygen that water can contain.
This relationship exists in our own cells.

The notion that increasing minerals inside cancer cells opens up the membrane to oxygen perfusion has been proven and is solidly backed up by all the research and evidence that now exists. My personal experience bears this out as well. The only question is whether 03 is affect by this concentration of minerals or not.

The absorbtion of oxygen into cancer cells is dictated by calcium which tries to exploit the electron transport accross that membrane. Unfortunately, calcium does not enter cancer cells very easily until the cancer reaches its metabolic limits, the increased heat energy of that membrane then allows calcium and oxygen to enter and is exactly how cancer cells maintain their own homeostatic ph requirements.

As oxygen/calcium enters fermentation decreases, heat decreases and then calcium cannot enter once again, this vacillation has been chronicled very well and is what mineral salts seek to exploit. This also explains why coral calcium has only modest but a measurable impact on some cancers but not to the degree where it is still widely used. The reason being calcium can only enter cancer cells when they reach their metabolic peaks. As they slow down metabolically calcium stops crossing over and therefore cant bring oxygen into cell.

Your position is that absorbtion of 03 is not based upon this mechanism and I am not sure then of how 03 enters the cancer cell based upon your claim. I then have a question or two for you at the end.

Also, by Your previous postings regarding 03 you explain that there may be more than one mechanism at work. First mechanism is decreased fermentation and second increased peroxide formation. You agree these both can occur don't you. I support this claim as well.

It is not accident that any pro oxidant therapy including chemo therapy (which some are pro oxidant) produce similar results in decreasing fermentation and increasing peroxide formation as well. Even some kinds of photodynamic therapies achieve these same chemistries. Buffered ascorbate does this too. So whether we are talking 02 or 03 at least we agree that the mechanism of action is still the same and we can discuss which molecule offers better efficacy. Personally I am endorsing O3 - Ozone but not as single bullet against this monster of a disease which killed my Father.

If fish are put into pure H20 they will start to gasp as there is not osmolarity or minerals in that water, they will die. You must add salts and minerals. So , i do not think we need to argue over kinetics, definitions, and mechanisms so much. Much more we need to understand there is a relationship to membrane polarity and the ability of oxygen to cross over negative polarity of cancer membranes. The only difference is whether minerals will act synergistically with 03 or not! This is important i totally agree.

Indeed my own personal experience with adencarcinoma and melanoma and the experiences seen at the XYZ clinic who use IV ozone and IV minerals, (which are alkaline) bear this out to be true as I have had cancer patients first try alkaline therapies and then switch to ozone and yet the level of lactic acid, uric acid, CEA did not change much, that is until they combined both therapies and then we saw lactic acid plummet, CEA follow, and uric acid spike due to cell death. I would not lie to you about these occurrences and results. They are well chronicalled in clinical environment by XYZ and their results mirror my results.

So this leads me to my questions.

What polarity does 03 carry?

How long does 03 remain 03 in the blood stream before it gives up a reactive 0 or degrades.

What mechanism does 03 exploit to cross over cancer cell memberanes?

ps Any credible studies you can forward me that clarify the relationship between minerals and absorbtion of ozone would be greatly appreciated.
