Thanks for this response. I appeciate being told I'm not alone. I like that you said many suffer and that this is statistically clear.
I when I read books about emotional eating am made to feel they are not for me or I am not allowed to apply the principles they teach. because I am not "overweight." And because people in this society ... I am so tired frm dealing with it that I can't even say anything. It's just that people are quick to scream at one for fasting.
I really believe no one will accept or understand me so I have this glimmer of hope from your post.

I have a lot of knowledge and know all about fasting and all diets bla bla really fasting is the only thing that can help anyone accoring to the understanding I have developed. But people just don't want to do it; it's hard. ... If I could only develop a sense of entitlement to the practices with which I am familiar.
