Oh to be able to poop simply by hydrating ones self! What a gift!!!

I think it's fair to assume that I have liver congestion, although I don't have any details about what exactly is happening in there. I don't have any trouble digesting fat, but I do have trouble with starches, raw veggies and protein. I think I have low pancreatic enzymes and I know that I have low stomach acid.
