I'm on day 2 of The Master Cleanse and I had trouble downing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) last night. I've been using psyllium husk daily for the last several months, so "going" isn't a prob. for me. But I'm not sure how it will work if I'm not eating solid food. I've also been using the lax tea. Is it essential to use the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) on a MC, or will the tea and psyllium be adequate?
