Have you ever tried an ED pump? You might want to ask your Doctor first but I've had one recommended to my hubby when erection problems abound, it was due to diabetes but the pump really helped him get a good erection. You can just buy here online. They are safe and not very expensive, stay away from the Medicare ones becuase they are electric and you'll have to pay out more money then you can buy a manual pump for and they even work the same. You need to shop carefully but I;m confident this is a solution that can work for you if you're getting semi-erect, the ump will give you the full erect easily. Good luck!
