Hi, Wheatgrass Yogi !
I am reading the book know ( Thank you, dry fast Forum for the book !)
I speak russian and I am going to write the most important things in this forum , but give me some time to finish the book .
It is very, very interesting .The dry fast is superior to the Water Fast . I am changing immidiatly to dry fast , as I am on my 3 day of Water Fast .
Here is a link to download the book in Word ( but in Russian ) The translation in google is mostly shit, but you can try it.
I will post most important this evening , when finish reading
