Thank you Melena and Mighty. You both are doing so great.:) I have never tried a dry fast, but this new forum is making me think about it. Sometimes when I Water Fast I have no desire to drink. This would be a perfect time for me to start dry fasting. I've been wondering though how I would make it without water touching my skin as I also have to interact with people. Maybe I could go totally dry on my days off only. I wonder if a person could get by with using baking soda in vital areas that would ordinarily need daily cleansing. Would the baking soda hurt the fast? I could use gloves in the bathroom. I could brush my teeth with a dry brush and just use the moisture of the saliva in my mouth, if I had any that is. :) Well I'm just dreaming, but who knows I may get that far some day. It may be easier than my water only fasts. I am learning so much from this forum. Thank you again for the great inspiration.
