 Since you have revealed your lack of veracity with your gaffe about my Yahoo group I will respond thusly:

If you knew anything about my Yahoo group you falsely claim to have surveyed you would know that it already is a private group and has been for over five years.  Each application for membership has to be approved and you can only read the posts there if you are a member.

I just looked over at Yahoo and found that there is another forum discussing oleander soup in which interviews with you have been posted and guess what I can read the posts off of Google DESPITE the fact that it is a private forum as well.  Here is an example:

So if you think that messages from a private forum cannot be found on search engines then you are sadly mistaking!

Quite clearly, you assumed that since I invited someone to come join my group to check out the veracity of what I said that is was open to one and all and thus you wrongly made a false claim that you had looked at the posts in the group. 

Oh, that is right you make sure that anyone you disagree with and proves you wrong is banned as in my case. So you would not have invited someone who might question the almighty Tony.  Ah, but then again they could have been invited then realized what a scam oleander soup was and questioned it.  Thus your attack on him.

That is one huge gaffe, Hv and it should serve to put every claim you have made about me in doubt - as well it should, since most of them are equally false and misconstrued.

LOL!!!  Based on your reasoning nothing you say should be believed.  You lied about not going to respond again.  You lied about not starting the attacks against me on the cancer forum despite the evidence presented to you over and over.  You lied about the study that the FDA was supposedly conducting on oleander soup when in fact the link showed that they were still trying to recruit at least 18 people for the study after 3 years.  You apparently lied about  you read this study and that it is supposedly available publicly yet you have yet to present this supposed study despite multiple requests........  Should I continue with more examples of the lies you have been caught in?  I also have numerous great examples of your misleading claims such as about how the webmaster sent me a warning about the attacks while not mentioning the fact that you were given the same exact warning.  Yet you have used this misleading statement numerous times to make yourself look like the helpless victim instead of the instigator, which is what was really going on.  So with your history why should anyone believe anything you have to say?!

Your mistake is even more blatant than your previous false claim that you banned me from your forum because of my repeated pattern of causing trouble.  When I called you out on that claim and challenged you to present evidence of such a pattern (because the truth was that I had only ever made two posts in your forum), you made a weak revisionist attempt to say that you were talking about posts I made in other forums, which did not fly.

ROTFLMAO!!!!  You just provided another great example of your misleading claims.  It is this exact behavior by you that got you banned.  If you would learn to tell the truth then I would not have needed to ban you.  But your history of distorting the facts and attempting to mislead people as has been evidenced over and over proved to me that history would continue to repeat itself.  In fact, I had NO doubt whatsoever that you would respond to my last post.  Again, you are so predictable that I could set my clock by you. You are clearly a creature of habit.  And part of the habit is that you always have to have the last word, and it will always include a dig or attack.  You did it with the PMs and on the other boards you did the same in each thread. So why would I expect anything different in my forum?  As a matter of fact by your own statements, and those of Luella May, we all know that both of you monitor my forum.  Why is that?  Looking for more things to attack me on as you have done so many times in the past?

Your new false claim is akin to the mistake we see when attorneys who arrogantly ask a question they do not know the answer to and the actual answer and truth comes back to sabotage their case.  For ever more, whenever you start in with your false accusations and revisionist history crap and no matter how many links you posts or bullcrap claims you make, all I have to do is point to your blatant falsehood about looking at my group and posts I have made in my group and how you have torpedoed your veracity.

You really are a piece of work.  OK, let's start with the fact that I brought up the attack on the other poster by you previously.  And again you simply blamed the victim again.  The thread WAS NOT on Curezone.  Since it was not here then where did that thread come from?  Maybe I was mistaking that the forum was owned by you, but I am certain it was a Yahoo forum, and it was clear you were attacking this person for questioning oleander.  I likely saved a copy of it somewhere on my computer so if you want to lie about it not existing then I can look for it and post it here so once again you will make yourself look totally foolish.  In fact I have made a habit of making copies of all your attacks and other antics since I know how you like to distort the facts and edit messages after being caught.  So do you want to tell everyone where that post is from?

I will also add a comment about your contention that I cannot make a response without taking a shot at you.  I suppose you missed my last response to one of your posts before you came to this thread in typical Hv style and started in on me again:

where I thanked you for posting, gave you a good vote, and a good message alert (I see your message got an "R" rating, btw) - and did not utter a single negative word.  In fact, in the follow up posts I clearly indicated that I preferred to move on past our disagreements and try to get along.

And as I have pointed out in the past you have an abuser personality.  You attack the person over and over then do something nice once in a while thinking that it will make all better and make you look better in the eyes of everyone.  Then right back to the abuse.  Would you like to re-read your last PM to me?  Yes, I have saved those too.  You really have nasty temperament!!!

So who is it that is predictable, cannot let go and keeps looking for opportunities to attack? 

Uh, let's see......  Oh that is right, it is you.  Maybe you should go back and look at some of the threads on other forums where you were relentlessly attacking me.  Notice that even when I left because of your constant barrage of attacks you kept right on with the attacks.  Again, you have to have the last word and simply CANNOT take personal responsibility for your own actions.  Instead you ALWAYS blame everyone else.  Don't believe me?  I can pull up the thread from the cancer forum where you started with the attacks then repeatedly blamed me for starting it like you always do.  I also saved off some threads where you started debates then blamed me for starting them.  Did you punch your siblings when you were little then run to your mom claiming they hit you first? Because this is the same tactic you are using as an "adult"!

IF you were not so obsessed with not letting go then you would have not responded as you keep claiming you won't.  But again you are too obsessed with conquering anyone who dares question the almighty Tony!

I would opine that person is the same person who is at the top of the list for number of forums they have been banned from and who has had scores of TOS violating attack messages deleted. 

Interesting that you would mention this being that so many of your TOS violations have never been removed, and you have never been banned that I am aware of, other than on my forum, despite continuously starting attacks and debates in violation of TOS, posting people's real names to make them targets in violation of TOS, sending PMs to people for the purpose of recruiting them in backing you in attacking an individual in violation of TOS.........  So your actions and the inactions of both moderators and the WM clearly show the politics and bias so prevalent here on Curezone.  If I am wrong then explain to everyone here how it is that your TOS violating posts and actions have not been met with suspension being that you are clearly the biggest TOS violator here on Curezone.

Falsely?  Are you even capable of telling the truth?  I have not started any attacks on anyone ever!!!  I treat people based on how they treat me.  Treat me with respect and I will do the same.  Attack me and I will  respond in kind.  But I never attack anyone unless they attack me first.  So

Thanks to trolls that PM people recruiting them to join in on the attack they started on me I guess that would be me.  So why do you keep changing the subject every time that fact is brought up.  Is it that you don't want people to know what a low life troll you really are?  Or is this simply part of your lying and misleading nature?

Funny thing is that I have no doubt that you go whining to the WM again about my comments while trying to play innocent victim again.  Typical troll game.  So go ahead and get me banned from every forum on Curezone or from Curezone altogether.  I know you have been trying really hard to do this.  But as I said before you can censor me here on Curezone but you cannot censor the rest of the internet.
