Real foot baths are for real. I can't speak for those electric ones.

Mud packs, foot soaks, hand soaks. I recommend them all.

I've used Medi-Body Packs and Medi-body Bath, and also LL Magnetic clay.

The main ingredients in Medi-Body packs are:
"therapeutic-grade Volcanic Clay, unheated Kaolin Clay, Indian Shilajit, Peat Magma."
