I've seen your posts before... I'd love to be in touch. I'm doing what will become a Water Fast but I always start out dry fasting and never really drink much water on fasts. That's just what feels good to me. i like this forum so far! Haven't read much of it yet but want to check in again. Please write.. are you fasting now? How did you learn to fast for 12 days?
