Hi Milena,

Thank you for your expert advice.

I am grateful for any comment, especially coming from such a sharpshooter as yourself, because each of them enriches my limited knowledge about a dry fast and makes me wiser.

However, I do not belong to the pack that blindly follows health instructions without confronting my own body that I consider the greater master of all.

That is why, do not feel offended when I, sometimes, dare to disregard your opinion and go my own way.
