good news Mighty.

your daily 16 hour dry fasts, what time do they start? at midnight, so you don't eat and drink until 4pm the next day, or some other time ?

I only did a 38 hour dry fast this weekend but I think there was some serious internal organ healing going on as I feel completely different now, a major change in my physical and mental well being.
