Pin-X has pyrantel pamoate, so if u have any type of roundworms AKA nematodes this might help you get rid of them esp. for pinworms and ascaris!!! Get some mebendazole for other types of roundworms or buy albendazole or of course Valbazen, both broad-spectrum worm meds.

In my opinion all that cayenne challenge and zappers and stuff dont do enough for me but scatter worms!! If you want to go the herb path go with buying FRESH cloves,black walnut, and Wormwood and make your own pills and take for a long time(months)
