Hi,
How would it be about money?
You can just do them at home in the bathtub.
I've read conflicting stuff too.
I have done a few at key moments during my recovery process, as directed by Dr. Lam's office and I don't know if they work or not, but it's pleasant and I figure, why not?
I think, if anything, they are a subtle support to whatever else you are doing.
It never hurts to try it out.
