I agree!  But last week was the closest I've ever felt to being 'old & decrepit' lol!  I mean that with all sincerity and I've always felt and acted much younger than my age but I was really feeling my age last week!  Not so anymore due to grounding/earthing!!!!!

One more thing I forgot to mention in my post below that I noticed after the second night is that I'm not retaining water (swelling) like I usually do in the hot weather and that is fantastic!  I guess that has to do with the inflammation the grounding takes away?  I can't wait to see what other GREAT benefits I'll get as time goes by!!
