You know now that you mention the dreams, I had one last night that I actually remembered and it was very vivid too!

Isn't it great to be able to actually fall asleep and sleep through the night and wake up feeling energetic?  That is a new feeling for me lol, but I sure am happy about it!  I didn't drink a lot of water last night before I went to bed so I didn't have to keep getting up to go to the bathroom lol and I think I was asleep in under 10 minutes.   For me that is the worlds record!  I usually do back and forth, read, try to go to sleep, can't, get up and read some more.  I usually go through several rounds of this before I'm actually able to go to sleep!  People with insomnia definitely need this sheet!

One thing I forgot to mention about the pad.  I keep my bare feet on it while I'm on the computer and the strangest thing happens.  Last week I got a new MacBook Pro, the case is all aluminum, when my feet are on the mat and I touch the laptop, it vibrates.  It feels really strange, doesn't shock me or anything it just vibrates.  When I take my feet off the mat and touch the laptop it does not vibrate so it has to be the grounding.  At least I never have to test the pad to make sure it's working lol, all I have to do is touch the laptop to test it ;-)

One more thing I want to report is that my shoulders were so tight that it hurt me.  The first night I slept on the sheet I didn't feel any difference in the pain in my shoulders but after last night (2nd night) I got up this morning and the pain in my shoulders is about 50% less than normal. Usually I have to watch how I move my arms and turn my head, but now I don't YAY!!!  This earthing/grounding is just the bomb!!!!

If you notice anymore benefits from sleeping on the sheet, please keep us posted and I'll do the same.  I think you should get the mat too, the sooner the better lol!
