Wonderful post, thank you for sharing your experience. Congratulations on the pinkening of your tongue and the improvement of your sinusitis symptoms.

Good reminder about sun bathing and skin brushing, i would like to start doing both throughout my experience as well.

Regarding your 14 day goal, should you make it that far and continue to be comfortable, would you definitely stop there or maybe continue further?
