 Ah...If you have adrenal fatigue, it is extremely likely that you have mineral deficiencies.  The years of stress required to get to adrenal fatigue can't happen without depleting minerals.

And blood test are not reliable.  Here is why. 

Take calcium for example.  Anytime your blood levels start to drop, more parathyroid hormone is released, which cause calcium to be taken from your bones to keep your blood levels where they should be.  It doesn't care how much calcium it takes from your cells....it's job is to maintain blood levels.

Same thing happens for magnesium.

Do you have muscle twitching? Chocolate cravings? Restless leg sysdrom?  Ringing in the ears?  These are a few sign of magnesium deficiency.
