I started doing meditations and affirmation to heal my increasing health problems. It was beneficial at first but as my problems increased I lost the ability to go inward for healing. I was deteriorating due to undiagnosed gluten sensitivity. I still do some relaxing meditations and Reiki but still do not have the concentration necessary to have much benefit altho I've been gluten free for 5 years.
