I make a quart at a time...I find that I want to drink the whole thing at once. LOL I really like the taste. I hope I dont regain the weight as the previous poster stated but I guess it's inevitable since there's no food in me right now. I did weigh in at 141 this morning...woo hoo! Im wondering how much fat is lost through this diet. How are you doing on this cleanse?
