doTERRA essentail oils are safe to use both internally, topically and aromatically to help your w/ your nose.
I have a book that is an a-z guied for any health concerns and which oils are best and how to use them.
Melaleuca and frankincense, helichrysum and others are great to help regenrate tissue. For lubrication of your nose I didn't see anything in this book. Everythingessential.me is a forum on doTERRA's essential oils and can ask what others have done.
