I find cayenne to be very powerful and benificial. It is one of the hardest parts of the IP because it is not pleasant to take, but I love how it makes me feel.

When I take cayenne, Uny's powder--which I consider to be an incredible value to buy--I feel the effects INSTANTLY. It immediately makes me feel more open, in EVERY way--physically, emotionally, mentally, etc. Since I consider openness in general, all kinds of openness, to be perhaps the most important factor in healing, cayenne is highly significant in its benefits.
I also found when I first began taking hot/cold showers that taking cayenne just beforehand made me more willing to do the hot/cold. Cold showers are one of the harder parts of this program for most people and the cayenne is warming and the openness it creates leads to willingness, which is related to openness and sort of comes right on the heels of it. If you aren't open how can you be willing?

I plan to begin posting more, especially when I get internet access at home, :)
For now I want to say how grateful I am for this forum, for Uny and Rocky and for all who contribute. I believe this is an important forum in this complex and troubled world, where true information is hard to find.
Uny and ROcky have great integrity and desire to help othes and this is also hard to find.
