i have been exposed to Sun those last days. My brainfog rised up to the maximum. I felt very tired at the end of each day after exposure. The day after, my bowel was moving a lot and i had to go several times to the toilets.

I am wondering if the Vitamin D production helps to kill Candida. The sun exposure has been one of the strongest cause for die-off.

By the way, i tried several times to see if temperature was doing also something. I tried Spa but i never had benefits on the long terms.
