Man I teared up reading your post. I can relate to you regarding that mysterious odor that everybody can smell but you. I dealt it with it for 2 yrs and finally had surgery to fix it. I don't know if we have the same thing going on but do you do you have any GI or bowel issues like excessive flatulence, incomplete evacuation, defecation difficulties or mucus buildup in your rectal vault? If not the only I can think of is TMAU (which is extremely rare), or small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. Let me know. god bless
