Wow! It's day 12, and I feel great! I'm blowing my nose a lot, but I'm running better than ever, my eyes are brighter, my skin is clearing, and I generally look better. I've only lost 12 pounds so far, but that's not a big deal to me. I have more severe health problems to worry about.

What's interesting today is that I noticed that my skin feels softer. My girlfriend also says that my hair is silkier.
