Years ago when I was feeling ill all the time and depressed and anxious I went to a therapist since the Drs couldn't help me. She said that I was living 'in my head' and to live more in my body. Your body is urging you to eat! eat! but what is the underlying cause? Do you have a yeast such as Candida producing substances to make you hungry so that the yeast will have more to eat? Do you have a maladsorbtion problem and crave the foods which you cannot adsorb. There are tests for Candida and tests for maladsorbtion and more tests to define the causes of maladsorbtion.
