Hello,

I just read your post and it was like reading something that I had written myself.

I have fasted before successfully, though it has been about 4 years ago now. I also have been eating horribly and use food to fill other voids in my life. I know that I have an addiction to food and hope that fasting will help break that.

I will be starting my fast today and would be happy to help support you in your journey as well.
